Meat, vegetables and everything else your gourmet heart desires is arranged by you at the table on a grill in the form of the traditional hat worn by the Tatars, the Asian horse-riders and then seasoned with a spicy Bouillon of fresh vegetable Julienne. The food to be cooked is placed on the point of the hot hat and grilled at a constant temperature.
Delicious homemade sauces, vegetables and side dishes are served alongside.
