What you need to know for your event:

• We provide conference rooms and halls free of charge in conjunction with room reservations for at least 2/3 of the participants.
• For additional group rooms there is a hire charge of € 80 per room and day.
• Confirmation of certain rooms can only be given when the size of the group is more than 120 participants.
• For non-resident guests (no overnight stay) conference rooms can only be assigned at short notice, approx. 7 to 10 days before the event.
