Conference room hire charge half-day/full-day (no overnight stay)
Rooms up to 70 m² half-day/full-day € 150,- per room
Rooms up to 100 m² half-day/full-day € 225,- per room
banquet hall 370 m² half-day/full-day € 450,- per room
multi-purpose hall / event hall 2.400 m²   price upon request

The Conference Room hire charge includes

 

  • Provision of the room including modern equipment
  • Tables and seating laid out in pre-ordered form
  • Lighting
  • Ventilation
  • Energy supply for normal conference operation
  • Cleaning

Free provision of the following resources (in each case 1 piece per room)

 

  • Overhead projector
  • Screen
  • Flipchart
  • Pinboard
  • TV monitor
  • Slide projector and video projector


All conference rooms have natural light, ventilation system, telephone, wireless internet access, modern lighting, seating and most of them can be darkened.
