• We are not shaking hands, but give you a warmly smile.
• Please keep distance to other people.
• Use the provided disinfectant.
• We are airing all rooms regularly in all public areas.
• We recommend contactless payment, but of course we still accept cash payment.

Due to the corona situation and the associated uncertainties, we have adapted our cancellation policy for the upcoming months:

SUMMER 2022

• up to 4 weeks before arrival without any cancelation fee

• up to one week prior to arrival 70% of the arrangement

• and in the last week prior to arrival 90% of the arrangement

You can cancel at any time and free of charge until the day of arrival if

• a travel warning is issued in your home country for our region
• you come from an official risk area
• you, or a family member living in the same household, have tested positive for Covid19
• you are placed under quarantine

 
In this case we will not charge any cancellation fee and the deposit will be refunded or - if you wish - your deposit can be used for another stay in the future.

A medical/official confirmation will be needed as proof.

To save you any trouble and cancellation costs, we recommend taking out hotel cancellation insurance, for example, with the European Travel Insurance. We are happy to send you details by post.

For all other conditions and group reservations our  "General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006" are valid.
