Day of arrival
The rooms are available from 15:00 onwards.
If you arrive early, we will gladly store your luggage and you can have use of our recreational facilities, so that your first day of holiday can begin immediately. If you already know you are arriving in the morning then let us know beforehand. If your room is ready, you can check-in early and gain an extra day of holiday.

Day of departure
We ask you to vacate the room by 11:00. Should you want to leave later, you may leave your luggage with us and you can use all facilities up to the time of your departure. For a late check-out, please contact reception.
Allergy-sufferers
We ask you to inform us of your allergies when making your reservation. We will take your food intolerances into consideration and also provide you with hypo-allergenic bed linen free of charge.

Hotel prices
Include all taxes except the local tourist tax of € 2.50 per person per night, for people aged 15 and above is not included in the price.
VAT rate: 10% for lodging and food and 20 % for drinks and massages.

Water as if drawn from the source. GRANDER water revitalisation is a procedure with which we can enrich tap water to an organically high quality. It tastes good, is easy to drink and is high quality, supports your well-being, is good for skin and hair, helps to save washing / cleaning agents reduces limescale and the formation of rust.
