The equipment is rented out directly on site, and the fish caught are prepared directly in the kitchen on request.
Sonnenalm
The Sonnenalm is in a wonderful location in the village of Pichl-Mandling just above the “Irxner” farm at 1,350 metres and is open all year round. Forget everyday life and immerse yourself in the marvellous mountain world of the Schladming-Dachstein region. The hut chef specialises in traditional food from our own farm. From ribs, farmer’s roast, jacket potatoes, salad buffet, “Kasspatzen”, flambéed Kaiserschmarren to the daily menu, everything is on offer. Farm produce such as milk, buttermilk, bread and butter are served fresh to your table every day. There is no car traffic here, but instead flower meadows, a large children’s playground, lots of animals that you are welcome to pet and a children’s playroom – in case the weather is not so nice.
