We kindly ask you to inform us of your intolerances when making your hotel reservation.
We are happy to take your food intolerances into account and also provide allergy-free bed linen free of charge.

Check in: The rooms are ready for check in from 15.00 hrs.

If you arrive earlier, we will be happy to store your luggage so that you can start your first day of your holiday immediately.

If you wish to arrive in the morning, please let us know in advance. If your room is already ready, you can check in in the morning and gain an extra day’s holiday.

As soon as you close your room door, no other guest can enter your room.
If you turn the locking mechanism, our housekeeping and F&B (minibar) staff will not be able to open your room door either.

There is a numbered safe in the wardrobe in every room. Liability up to a maximum of € 1,000.00.

We kindly ask you to deposit all valuables exceeding this amount in the main safe at our reception.

You can expect a Finnish sauna, steam bath, tepidarium and an infrared cabin as well as mist and cold water showers.

The ski bus drives you directly from the hotel to Planet Planai free of charge.
