Almost all rooms are equipped with a balcony, which invites you to lean back and unwind.

- Cancellation free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival
- 2 weeks to one week before arrival we charge 50% of the booked arrangement
- In the last week until the day of arrival or in case of no-show we charge 90% of the booked arrangement
You can change the number of nights at any time. Only if the entire reservation is cancelled will we charge the above fees.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation and travel insurance (http://www.europaeische.at).
We will also be happy to send you the relevant documents on request.
The “Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions” currently apply.
The room prices are per person and night or per package in a double room including VAT. The price does not include the overnight city tax of € 2.50 per person/night for persons over the age of 15.
Please note that the prices are from-to prices and are based on occupancy and time of booking.
Garage: per day € 10,00
Dog: € 20.00 per day (without food – Dog bed included)
It is not permitted to take your dog into our restaurants or onto the sunbathing lawn.
Day of arrival: Rooms available from 3.00 pm
Departure day: Please vacate your room by 11.00 a.m.
Cancellation of half-board dinner can be accepted until 11.00 a.m. on the same day. € 9.00 deduction for adults
