- Cancellation free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival
- 2 weeks to one week before arrival we charge 50% of the booked arrangement
- In the last week until the day of arrival or in case of no-show we charge 90% of the booked arrangement
You can change the number of nights at any time. Only if the entire reservation is cancelled will we charge the above fees.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation and travel insurance (http://www.europaeische.at).
We will also be happy to send you the relevant documents on request.

The room prices are per person and night or per package in a double room including VAT.
The price does not include the overnight city tax of € 2.50 per person/night for persons over the age of 15.
